These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the email services provided under the domains millionaire.email, affluent.email, and billionaires.me (“Services”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”).

By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

Millionaire.email provides a premium, privacy-focused email inbox service designed to work with applications such as Thunderbird (recommended), Gmail app, Apple Mail, Outlook, and other IMAP/SMTP/JMAP-compatible clients.

Each user receives a dedicated inbox hosted on our secure infrastructure based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

This is not a forwarding-only service; it is a full email inbox with secure access and optional encryption features.

 

2. Account Activation Time

Account activation occurs manually to maintain high security and prevent abuse.

  • Activation Time: 2–24 hours after purchase

  • S/MIME Certificate Delivery: 4–24 hours after account activation

Activation times may vary depending on verification requirements.

4. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 16 years old

  • Legally allowed to use email services under your jurisdiction

  • Providing accurate account details during registration

We reserve the right to deny service for fraud prevention or misuse concerns.

 

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use strong, unique passwords

  • Keep your recovery email up to date

  • Not share login credentials

  • Follow security best practices

  • Comply with all applicable laws related to email usage

Any misuse of the service may result in account suspension or termination.

 

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the service for:

  • Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

  • Harassment, threats, or impersonation

  • Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful attachments

  • Hosting or promoting prohibited content

  • Running automated bots or mass-mailing systems

Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We follow a strict Zero-Access Privacy Principle:

  • We do not read or scan your emails

  • We do not sell or share your data

  • We do not store content outside your inbox

  • Logs are minimal and limited to security and delivery metadata

8. Encryption & Security

We provide industry-leading security including:

  • TLS encryption for all connections

  • Optional PGP / S/MIME end-to-end encryption

  • DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT

  • Dedicated hardware hosted in a secure Contabo datacenter

  • Restricted server access and hardened configuration

Users remain responsible for key management for E2EE.

 

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

 

10. Payments & Billing

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
Billing cycles and pricing are shown at checkout.

Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

 

11. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks.

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

 

12. Domain & Email Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Add or remove domains

  • Modify available username formats

  • Reassign or block certain addresses for security or brand protection

These changes will not affect existing paid users unless absolutely required.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

 

14. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by user negligence

  • Third-party email provider actions

  • Force majeure events

  • Legal consequences of your email usage

  • Issues caused by misconfigured third-party apps

Your use is at your own risk.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union (GDPR).
Any disputes must be resolved under German jurisdiction.
