At Millionaire.email, every email address is a unique, custom-created digital asset. Because of this, we have a strict no-refund policy once your order enters verification or has been fulfilled.
🔄 Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase — before identity verification begins.
To cancel:

Include your order ID and the reason for cancellation
If your request is received after 1 hour or after identity verification has started, your order cannot be cancelled.
💸 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any completed orders due to the nature of our service:

Each @millionaire.email address is custom-made, verified, and reserved exclusively for you

Once issued, your email cannot be resold, reassigned, or revoked

Identity verification services, once initiated, are non-reversible and non-refundable
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Non-use of the email address

Missed communications due to incorrect contact information

Delays within the stated 3–7 day processing window
🛡️ Exceptions (Rare Cases)
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

If we are unable to verify your identity after multiple attempts and your email was never delivered

If your requested email is not available and no alternative can be agreed upon
In such cases, you may request a full or partial refund at our discretion.
